"I ordered a dress and braced..."
I ordered a dress and braced myself for the usual delivery saga, but to my surprise it showed up in about 4 days. The packaging was solid and everything arrived perfectly, no damage at all. The only little plot twist was that the tracking updates were kind of slow, so I wasn’t always sure where it was. But overall, the delivery was smooth and way less stressful than I expected

"Nice clothes, but the website is a pain"
I actually liked a lot of the clothes, but using the website was so frustrating. It looked nice at first, but it was slow, the filters kept resetting every time I went back, and checkout on my phone felt really clunky. For a brand like this, I expected way better. what a joke. I ended up giving up and leaving my cart

I ordered a dress from Zimmermann and was a little nervous about how it would fit. I used the size guide though, and it ended up being true to size for me. The waist and shoulders sat really nicely with no awkward gaps or anything. I’m really happy with it — my only regret is that I waited so long to buy it.

"Return was easy, refund was slow"
The return itself was easy enough, but getting my refund was a different story. It took almost three weeks to finally show up, so the process kind of works when it wants to. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating.

"Expensive, expensive... but honestly really nice"
I ordered a dress from zimmermann.com the price is high. Like, really high. I kept going back and forth because it’s just not cheap, not even close, and I definitely complained to myself about the cost more than once before finally checking out.
That said, when it arrived, the fabric felt beautiful and the fit was really flattering, so I can’t say it didn’t feel worth it. Still, it’s expensive, and I mean expensive, so it’s not something I’d buy all the time. More of a special occasion purchase for me. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Nice designs, but didn’t feel very personal"
The designs were genuinely nice and I liked the overall style, but the prices felt high for what you get. I also didn’t really feel like much of a valued customer — more like just another ticket number being moved through the process. Not a terrible experience, but I was hoping for something a bit more personal for the cost.

My order did arrive and the actual item was fine, so I’ll give them that, but the packaging left a disappointing first impression. For the price, I was expecting something that felt a little more polished or at least carefully put together, but it looked kind of rushed and cheap. The box also showed up dented, which didn’t help at all. I was looking forward to a nicer unboxing experience, and instead it just felt a bit careless.

"Pretty dress, but the color was way off"
I ordered this Zimmermann dress because in the photos it looked like a soft peachy shade, which was exactly what I wanted. I was really excited for it to arrive.
But when I opened the package, the color looked much more orange in regular light. Like, not just a slight difference... it felt like a totally different vibe than what was shown online.
The dress itself was nice quality, so i’ll give it that, but for the price I expected the photos to be more accurate. Returning it was a hassle too, so yeah, disappointing overall.

"I was a little unsure about ordering..."
I was a little unsure about ordering from Zimmermann at first, but i’m glad I went ahead with it. My order showed up exactly as I picked it out, right item, right size, right color, everything. No missing pieces or weird mix-ups, which is really all I was hoping for. I feel like I made the right call because the whole process ended up being super simple and stress-free.

They took a while to get back to me, which was a little frustrating at first. I was kind of wondering if my message got lost somewhere, you know how that goes. But once they did reply, they were actually helpful and got things sorted out, so overall it worked out fine.

"PayPal made checkout feel easy"
I was glad to see PayPal as an option. Checkout was quick, and it kind of felt like they’d set it up that way on purpose so people like me wouldn’t overthink the payment part or abandon the order halfway through.

"Gift packaging really let me down"
I ordered this as a gift and paid extra for the packaging, so I was expecting something a bit more special from Zimmermann. After waiting in the queue longer than I expected just to sort it out, it was disappointing to have it arrive looking plain and a little crushed. The dress itself was fine, but the whole gift presentation felt careless.

"Decent discounts, but I expected a little more"
I do check the sale section now and then, and sometimes I’m like, okay, there are a few good finds in here. But then I try a promo code on the thing I actually want, and of course it doesn’t apply. Typical. I still ended up buying a dress because I liked it enough, but in my head I was definitely thinking the deals would be better.

I ordered a dress from zimmermann.com and it was nice to actually see info about the fabrics and where things are sourced. It didnt feel like they were trying to bury the sustainability details somewhere, which I really appriciated.
The packaging was tidy but not excessive, and the dress itself feels like something I’ll keep for years. It’s def pricey, but I’d rather buy one really good piece than a bunch of cheap stuff I barely wear

"Really cute dresses, just a bit pricey"
I really liked the dresses I ordered, they look lovely in person and the quality feels good. The only thing I’d say is that for the price, I expected better shipping updates along the way. Still, if you don’t mind spending a little more, I’d recommend checking them out.

They usually have most sizes in stock, which is great. One dress I had my eye on sold out quickly, though, so you kind of have to grab it when you see it.

I’ll give it credit where it’s due—the fabric actually feels nice, and the stitching seems solid. I was expecting something to be wrong because that’s usually how it goes for me, but this turned out better than I thought.
